Tania Wendt

Tania has been in the marketing business for over 20 years, driven by the belief that the power of an insightful story can move businesses, brands and hearts. She spent the first part of her career as a business lead across multiple product and service categories, focusing on branding/integrated marketing, shopper and retail experience. She transitioned to the consumer strategy and has been enjoying that role ever since. The ability to provide vision and direction to teams that move humans to action has become her passion. Tania's mission is to create emotionally impactful ideas and content fueled by insights and strategies that deliver results for clients and satisfaction for consumers. It is not unusual to hear her say "there is strategy in everything" or "understand the human and it is easy to find the solution". That is one of the reasons she has become part of BE - inspiring and motivating people to help each other is the most noble cause you can support; her goal is to help women everywhere find their purpose and thrive in life.

Tania is a single parent of two amazing kids, Lilijana (15) and Aleksandar (12), who teach her something new every day. Learning and growing is at the heart of everything she does - whether it is challenging herself to create something tasty with whatever she discovers in the fridge, voraciously consuming information about a new topic, pushing through a perceived limit in a workout or even teaching herself that rest and relaxation IS self-improvement. BE is an exciting opportunity to share knowledge and strength with others while being exposed to the amazing power in others.
