Our mental health services are designed to provide compassionate care, guidance, and resources to help you navigate life's challenges with resilience and grace.

Our offerings include:

  • Peer + Support Groups involves working in a group setting on in person or on Google Meet to provide a safe and supportive environment where members can openly discuss their feelings, concerns, and triumphs without fear of judgment. Drilling down into support groups will be for: teen girls, teachers, mid-career women, etc.

  • Counseling involves working one on one with an Illinois licensed professional counselor/licensed clinical professional counselor/licensed social worker/licensed clinical social worker on a specific issue for a specific amount of time.

What are Peer + Support Groups?

A peer or support group is a gathering of people facing common issues to share what's troubling them. Through the sharing of experiences, they're able to offer support, encouragement, and comfort to the other group members, and receive the same in return. (helpguide.org)
